At Sierra Lima Handcrafters, we’re committed to getting your gear into your hands as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read below for details on our shipping practices.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
We offer free standard shipping within the United States, including to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the most efficient option for your location.
We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
Tracking Information
All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email immediately after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
